Transcript Request
Transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office at the request of the alumna/former student. We are glad to send your transcripts to your home, school or work.
Allow 4 school days for processing. If picking up the transcript, it will be ready in the main office within 4 school days. If the transcript is to be mailed, it will be sent out the within 72 business hours, via regular first class USPS.
Request forms may be emailed, faxed or mailed to the Registrar’s Office.

Payment methods: Cash or Check payable to: Sacred Heart High School (note: ‘Transcript Request’ in memo line).
*Transcripts will NOT be released until all indebtedness to the school has been satisfied.
